Heard Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

We direct the petitioner to appear before the State Government on 9th September, 2024 in the pending Revision preferred under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act in which the order delivered by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Amravati on January 30, 2024 is questioned.

We direct the State Government to decide the Revision preferred by the petitioner within a period of four months thereafter. 4.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
