The parties have filed compromise petition dated 23.08.2021, which was sent to the Registrar Judicial for giving a report, which has been submitted stating of having verified the contents and identity of the parties except for the petitioner No.2, who is stated to have been hospitalized. The respondent No. 1 has already been reinstated and the cheque of Rs.5,78,463/- has already been handed over to him. 2.

The learned Counsel for the parties are present. 3.

The compromise is accordingly accepted and recorded in above terms. The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the compromise.

The amount deposited in this Court by the Management - petitioner No.1 is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent No.1 in terms of the compromise.
