This is an application filed on behalf of the appellant seeking permission to deposit amount in terms of order dated 18.01.2018 passed by this Court. By the said order, the appellant was directed to deposit the amount within a period of eight weeks. But, it is stated in the application that for unavoidable reasons, deposit of the amount could not be made within the aforesaid period and that now the cheque for the amount is ready for deposit.
