Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that initially the application made by the wife for handing over custody of child was rejected by the Magistrate. Learned Advocate submits that the said order was challenged in appeal and the husband, who is petitioner in this petition, was directed to hand over custody of child to the wife. Learned Advocate submits that said order passed in the appeal has been challenged in this petition. Learned Advocate submits that this Court had granted stay to the operation of the said order. Learned Advocate submits that during pendency of this petition the main proceedings filed by wife came to be dismissed in default on 17.01.2022. Learned Advocate submits that in view of this development, the applicants may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to revive his prayer, as and when the occasion arises.

In view of this submission, the application stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 3.

It is made clear that all the orders passed by this Court come to an end.
