The appellant by this applification seeks ficondonation of delay of 51 days in fling the ficriminal appeal fichallenging the judgment of the learned Judificial Magistrate (First Class), Hinganghat, Dist. Wardha in Summary Criminal Case No.1864 of 2014. The learned advoficate for the respondent vehemently opposed the applification stating that delay is not satisfafictorily explained by the appellant.
