This is an application for grant of leave to file an appeal against acquittal.

I have heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.S.Rao for the applicant/State and Advocate Shri Kadam h/f learned counsel Shri R.R.Vyas for the non-applicants.

Though the application is strongly opposed by learned counsel for the non-applicants, after hearing learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perusing the application which is filed on affidavit, I am of the view that the applicant/State has made out a case for grant of leave to file the appeal. Hence, the application is allowed. Leave is granted to file the appeal. Office is directed to register the appeal and place it for admission.
