This application is for extension of time to deposit the compensation amount in this Court. 2.

The appeal is preferred against the Judgment and Award passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha. By order dated 4th March, 2021, the interim relief was granted on condition that the appellants shall deposit the amount within eight weeks, the appellants have not yet deposited the amount though period is already over.

By this application, the appellants are seeking extension of time.

In view of the earlier order passed by this Court, the appellants are directed to deposit the amount within six weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within six weeks along with accrued interest, the stay
