In view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 15.06.2015, the petitioner - minor student has been admitted in 'Institute of Design Education and Architectural Studies', hence, present application is taken out to implead it as respondent no.8. 3.

Civil Application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three days from today. Thereafter, issue notice to added respondent, returnable on 08.03.2016. Service by

Until further orders, the ongoing education of petitioner shall not be disturbed.

It is reported that the caste claim of petitioner is pending with respondent no.3. Documents on record show that caste claim of real sister of petitioner is already validated. In this situation, respondent no.3 to expeditiously process the caste claim of petitioner in the meanwhile.
