1] Shri M. P. Kariya, Advocate for the appellant states that the compilation of the relevant documents would be filed within four weeks and copy of the same would be supplied to the other side.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAO) NO.540/2019 3] By this application, the appellant prays that the effect and operation of the decree passed by the Family Court dissolving the marriage between appellant and respondent be stayed.

2 fca10.19 submitted that as per Section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 as appeal is filed and pending before this Court, the respondent would not be able to re-marry. In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent no orders are required on this civil application. It is disposed accordingly. No costs.
