OCTOBER 8, 2025 Learned A.P.P. submits that investigation is complete. He seeks permission to file charge-sheet. Permission is sought because while issuing notice on 21.03.2025, this Court permitted investigating officer to continue with the investigation but to file charge-sheet after taking leave of this Court. 2.

Since the investigation is complete and charge-sheet is ready, it will be appropriate to permit the investigating officer to file charge-sheet. The same shall be filed within two weeks from today.

In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as is available in law.

Permission is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
