Shri Gandhi, learned counsel states that an amount of Rs. 50 lacs is being deposited by 15.04.2015.

Shri Naidu, learned counsel for respondent no.1/plaintiff has objection to depositing of amount peace-mill. However, he reserves the same for pressing it into service in future.

In this view of the matter, we allow the appellant/applicant to deposit an amount of Rs. 50
