Considering nature of allegations made against the applicant, I am of the view that learned counsel for the applicant is right that this is a fit case wherein a direction for expeditious disposal of the case by the trial Court can be issued. Accordingly, the trial court is expected to expeditiously dispose of the case, preferably within six months from the date of order.
