Although the learned Counsel for the VIDC Mr. Amit M. Kukday is objecting to withdrawal, considering the orders which are passed in similar matters, we permit respondent 1 to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the Court subject to furnishing solvent surety/security and the usual undertaking, to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
