Present application is filed by the applicantclaimant for condonation of delay in filing the first appeal. The delay is of 3063 days.

The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to condone the delay provided appellant will not claim any interest for the delayed period.

Therefore, for the reasons stated in the application and also in view of the fact that the applicant will not claim any interest on delayed period, application can be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order :

(ii) The delay of 3063 days in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant-applicant will not claim any interest on delayed period.
(iii) Registry is directed the register the first appeal.
