After having heard for sometime, it appears that the petitioners have alternative efficacious remedy available in terms of Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The counsel, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail the remedies as permissible in law. Permission is granted.
