Order dated 13th August, 2013 granting ad-interim stay accepting the assurance given on behalf of the appellant that 50% of the amount will be deposited and the order dated 21st February, 2014 confirming the interim order on deposit of 50% of the amount within one month is passed after hearing the Advocate for the claimants. The claimants have not been able to make out any case for modification of the earlier orders. The application is misconceived and the prayer seeking directions against the appellant for depositing the balance 50% of the amount cannot be considered. The civil application is dismissed. No costs.
