This is an application by applicant/respondent No.1/claimant seeking direction against the appellant to deposit decretal amount before this Court.

Learned counsel for applicant/respondent No.1/claimant is absent.

Learned counsel Shri C.J. Dhomane for the appellant submits that the appellant already deposited entire decretal amount on 9.12.2016. He also submits that respondent Nos.1 to 3/original claimants filed an application i.e. Civil Application N.1699/2017 for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant and on 17.4.2017 this Court already permitted respondent Nos.1 to .....2/-

In view of the aforesaid, the present application is misconceived and, therefore, the said is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
