By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicants have challenged registration of the First Information Report No.911/2019 dated 23.11.2019. 2.

This Court on 9th January 2021 had issued notice to the non-applicants. The non-applicant No.1-Police Station on 14.01.2021 has filed reply and it is stated in the reply that the present applicants are not made accused in the crime No. 911/2019. 3.

Taking into consideration reply filed by the Investigating Agency, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain the present application as the applicants are not made accused at this stage by the investigation.

The applicants shall have liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in case the applicants are made accused in the Crime No.911/2019.

With the above observations, the Criminal Application is disposed of.
