JUNE 30, 2017 This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the criminal revision before this Court challenging the judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned Magistrate, which was confirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur on 14.10.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants. The delay is of 126 days. Since, the revision is against the conviction, for the reasons stated in the applciation, though it is strongly opposed by the learned A.P.P., the application is allowed. The delay of 126 days is condoned.

The application stands disposed of.
