CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPA) NO.29/2016 AND CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPR) NO.36/2016 The prayer made on behalf of the applicant seeking permission to deposit the part of the amount of compensation is granted. The applicant shall deposit the demand draft of Rs.3,00,000/- as stated in paragraph no.3 of the Criminal Application (APPR) No.36/2016. The Criminal Application (APPR) No.36/2016 is disposed of accordingly. On deposit of the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- by demand draft, the sentence imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur

2 appr31.16 in Criminal Appeal No.250/2013 shall stand suspended and if the custody of applicant is not required in any other case, he shall be released on interim bail till 29th June, 2016 on same terms and conditions on which the applicant was on bail during the trial. The applicant shall remain present before this Court on 27th June, 2016. The applicant shall surrender his passport, before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-4, Nagpur or if the passport is not issued in his name, he shall file affidavit before the Sessions Court. The applicant shall be released only after the passport is surrendered or affidavit is filed. On deposit of the amount, it be given to the non-applicant.

List the Criminal Application (APPA) No.29/2016 for further consideration on 27th June, 2016.
