The petitioner is appointed on compassionate ground and the proposal for the same is informed to be not decided by the respondent for grant of approval.

Since the proposal is informed to be pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), we deem it appropriate to direct the said authority to decide the proposal, if so required by calling additional information from the employer, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
