These are applications for condonation of delay caused in filing Misc.Civil Application for restoration of first appeal stamp and Misc. Civil Application for restoration of first appeal stamp. Delay is of 29 days.

The applicant, who is claimant and lost her husband in an untoward incident, filed first appeal along with condonation of delay. When the appeal was placed on 21.1.2020, the Registrar (J) refused registration of stamp for non-removal of office objections. The applicant is illiterate lady was not aware about legal provisions. 3.
For reasons stated, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The first appeal stamp is retored to its original file, however the same shall be subject to removal of office objections, if any, within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
The civil application and the Misc. Civil Application stand disposed of accordingly.
