After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, this Court shows disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after one year if there is not substantial progress in the trial.
