DATE : March 07, 2017 Perused order dated 18/03/2016 on the basis of which the applicant has withdrawn an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- on furnishing undertaking. The request for permission to withdraw the balance amount also on furnishing undertaking cannot be granted as it would amount to permitting withdrawal of the entire amount on furnishing undertaking. Hence application is dismissed.
