This is an application for grant of bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

With the assistance of learned counsel for the rival parties, we have perused the evidence in entirety including the evidence of Doctor. We think that prima facie case has been made out for grant of bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal. We are satisfied that the evidence is largely affected by omissions amounting to .....2/-

appa155.15 contradictions. Hence, we make the following order:

ORDER

i) Criminal Application (APPA) No.155 of 2015 is allowed.

ii) The applicants / appellants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one solvent surety each in the like amount.

iii) The applicants / appellants shall report to the Police Station Pusad (Gramin), Tahsil Pusad, District Yavatmal on last Sunday of every month between 11:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m..

iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
