DATE : 09.08.2016 The only prayer made by the petitioners in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent - authority to consider the proposal of the petitioners for appointment of full time instructor in the Horticulture Department.

Shri Thakare, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states, on instructions from the respondent no.3, that the proposal of the petitioners would be decided within three weeks.

By accepting the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, that would be binding on the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
