Both the learned counsel submit that after filing of the charge-sheet, the applicant has not approached to the Court below for grant of bail.

Mr. Londhe, learned counsel for the applicant submits that firstly he will move an application before the trial Court in the changed circumstance of filing of the charge-sheet.

The prayer is accepted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application afresh before trial Court in view of the changed circumstance of filing of charge-sheet. It is made clear that this Court has not heard the matter on its own merit.
