Heard learned counsel for the respondent No.1 / claimant as well as learned counsel for the appellant.

Perused the application. The respondent No.1 has prayed for transfer of compensation amount of Rs. 9,92,621/- with accrued interest to the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldhana as well as direction to withdraw the amount with accrued interest. The learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for the same. After hearing both the sides, I pass following order :-

ORDER

i] Civil application is allowed.

ii] The Registry is directed to transfer the amount deposited by the appellant with accrued interest to the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldhana for disbursement of the amount to the respondent No.1.

iii] The respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount with accrued interest before the Tribunal, Buldhana. JUDGE rkn
