Prayer is to permit the applicant to deposit the entire amount, as awarded by the reference court, in terms of order dated 12.12.2014. Reason for failure to comply with earlier order is mentioned in para 3 of the application. For reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. If aforesaid direction is complied, then during the pendency of the first appeal, the effect and operation of impugned award shall remain stayed.
