This is an application for speaking to minutes in the order dated 29.04.2024.

Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 15 submitted that by order dated 29.04.2024, in para No.4 inadvertently the word "surety" has been added instead of the word "security". Therefore, he seeks to correct this inadvertent mistake by adding the word "security" instead of the word "surety" in para No.4.

In view of this, the application is allowed.

In para No.4 of the order dated 29.04.2024, the word "surety" be corrected as "security".

The corrections be carried out in the order and corrected copy be uploaded accordingly.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
