The respondent No.1 identified by Shri Abhijeet Khare, Advocate is present. The respondent No.1 has filed an application submitting that she may be permitted to deposit Rs.25,000/- to show her bona fides and she may be granted two months time to enable her to sell her personal property described in paragraph No.3(c) of the application from proceeds of which she will pay the amount to the petitioner.

The amount of Rs.25,000/- shall be deposited by the respondent No.1 with the Registry of this Court within two weeks. On such deposit, the amount be given to the petitioner.

Accepting the other submissions made on

2 cp338.15 behalf of the respondent No.1, the hearing of contempt petition is adjourned till 2nd of May, 2017.

The respondent No.1 shall remain present before this Court on 2nd May, 2017 at 10.30 a.m. In the meantime, the respondent No.1 may take steps to take appropriate proceedings for seeking permission to dispose the property referred in paragraph No.3(b) of the civil application.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
