By this application it is prayed that the compromise arrived at between the applicants in C.A.F. No.2843 of 2018 and the original claimants be recorded.

In land acquisition proceedings, the claimants were held entitled to receive the amount of compensation. During pendency of the proceedings, an application for intervention was filed by parties claiming interest in the suit property alongwith the claimants. In paragraphs 4 and 5 of the civil application, the manner in which the amount of compensation is to be distributed amongst the parties has been stated. The application is signed by all concerned parties.

Hence, accepting the statements made in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the civil application, the amount of compensation be disbursed in the manner stated therein. Civil application stands disposed of.
