The learned Counsel for the applicant requests for withdrawal of the application. Request is rejected.

Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

It is seen that the applicant belongs to District Malda (W.B.) and the offence of fake currency notes being circulated is alleged against him alongwith other accused persons. From the applicant himself 4,000 currency notes in the denomination of Rs. 500/- were seized. The applicant being the resident of District Malda (W.B.) there is hardly likelihood of the accused remaining present before the Court.

The learned APP states that huge quantity of fake currency notes were seized from the accused and the fact that he hails from West Bengal State is sufficient to uphold the order of the trial Judge. In view of above, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.150 of 2015 is rejected.
