Pursuant to the letter dated 8th December 2020, the Respondent-Shivaji Education Society, Raipur, has forwarded the proposal to the Education Officer on 26th September, 2022, relating to appointment of the Petitioners on the compassionate ground. If that be so, the Education Officer shall take the appropriate decision on that proposal, within four weeks from today.
