SEPTEMBER 8, 2017 This is an application for speaking to the minutes. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, a mistake has occurred in the order passed by this Court on 04.09.2017 by which this Court has granted bail to the applicant. He submits that incorrectly, crime number is typed as "291/2017". Perusal of original application shows that in the prayer clause itself the crime number is mentioned as 291/2017.

The applicant should have given the correct crime number. For the mistake on the part of applicant, entire Registry is moved. Therefore, though the application is required to be allowed however it should be subject to payment of costs. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) In the order dated 04.09.2017 in Criminal Application (BA) No.821/2017, the crime number be corrected as "191/2017" instead of 291/2017, subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur within a period of one week from today.

The receipt showing payment of amount of costs be furnished.
