1] By this application, the petitioners seeks to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. Some delay has been caused.

2] The learned Advocate earlier appearing on behalf of the deceased respondent submits that a pursis has been filed and she can cause an appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the respondent.

3] In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. The petitioner shall bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record within two weeks in the petition and the learned Advocate waives service on behalf of the legal representatives in the writ petition.
