The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in crime registered against him for offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The crime is registered against the applicant on the complaint made by the complainant that inspite of taking an amount of Rs.3,70,000/- from the complainant, the applicant has not handed over the custody of Car to the complainant.

Considering the nature of accusations against the applicant, the fact that the applicant is not involved in any crime earlier and as the non-applicant has not been able to show that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation, in my view, the interim order granted by this Court on 03-03-2016 is required to be

Hence, the following order :

i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.18/2016 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.20,000/-.
