This application is partly allowed to the extent it seeks to introduce amendment regarding prayer for quashing of the entire charge-sheet, which has been filed during pendency of the petition. As regards the other prayer for impleading one more person as respondent No.4, the application is rejected, as the action which has been proposed to be solicited against the proposed party is already under consideration of the trial Court and such consideration, as to be seen from the order passed on 20/03/2018 (Annexure-B), is there even before filing of this writ petition. At the most, the petitioners can

cwp.398.18 2/2 approach the learned Magistrate for passing of final order in the matter, which liberty is given without saying what always be enjoyed by the petitioners. The application is thus disposed of.

Necessary amendments be carried out on or before the next date.
