It is pointed out by Mr. Saurabh Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the Union of India, so also Mr. D.P. Thakare, Additional Government Pleader that the government has taken a decision in the public interest as two medical colleges and one District Civil Hospital are in working condition in and around Wardha City. 2.

In such an eventuality we see no reason to cause interference in exercise of the extra ordinary jurisdiction that too in the present PIL.

Public Interest Litigation, in our opinion, stands dismissed.
