Misc. C. A. St. No. 4600 of 2015: Prayer is to restore the First Appeal as its registration was refused for non removal of office objection. For reasons stated in the application same is allowed. However, applicant to pay costs of Rs. 500/- to the High Court Legal Aid Service Sub Committee Nagpur within four weeks from today. Objections if any, be removed within a period of four weeks. If aforesaid directions are not complied the earlier order shall stand revived.
