By this application for speaking to minutes, the learned counsel for the applicants/respondents has pointed out that by order dated 13.02.2018, the application for modification of earlier order dated 22.06.2017, ought to have been allowed only in favour of respondent Nos. 2 to 4, although the respondent no.6 also stood mentioned in the said order. It is pointed out that respondent no.6 stood already deleted from the array of parties in this appeal.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 13.02.2018 is modified to the extent that the permission to withdraw the amount of compensation is granted to respondent Nos. 2 to 4. The application is disposed of. JUDGE halwai
