Heard the petitioner in person and Shri Mirza, the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner-in person has pointed out Section 16 of the Contempt of Courts Act under which the present petition has been filed.

We have gone through provisions of Section 16 as well as Section 2(c) of the Contempt of Courts Act. We are fully satisfied that the present contempt petition is not maintainable. We, therefore, hold that this Criminal Contempt Petition No.4/2015 is not maintainable and disposed of as such.
