DATED : APRIL 07, 2016.
Heard Shri Sheikh Sabahatullah, advocate for the applicants and Shri S.S.Doifode, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The learned A.P.P. has pointed out from the order passed by the learned Special Judge that the trial has commenced and four witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. The learned advocate for the applicant makes a grievance that the prosecution has taken almost a year to examine the four witnesses. The learned A.P.P. submits that the prosecution will take steps to see that the trial is completed early.
In view of the above facts, I am not inclined to consider the prayer for grant of bail.
The application is dismissed.
JUDGE RRaut..
