Y. Ghurde, APP for respondent-State Coram : S. B. Shukre, J Dated : April 27, 2017 Heard. Perused the First Information Report and reply of the prosecution.

In compliance with the order dated 21st April 2017, the applicants have deposited amount of Rs. 75000/- under protest, to show their bonafides. Copy of receipt evidencing payment is produced before me. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

These applicants have shown their bonafides in the matter. The nature of allegations do not show that custodial interrogation of the applicants will be required. Applicants have roots in the society. They are businessmen and there is nothing available on record which would indicate that if released on bail, the applicants are likely to misuse the liberty. In the circumstances, I am inclined to allow this application.

Application is allowed and interim bail granted to the applicants by this Court on 2nd March 2017 is hereby confirmed with addition of the following conditions: (i) Applicants shall attend the Police Station as and

2 aba132.17 when required and shall render their full cooperation to the police in completing the investigation.

(ii) Applicants shall also appear before the Revenue Authorities as and when required by a written notice. (iii) Applicants shall not tamper with prosecution evidence in any manner.

Application stands disposed of.
