Petitioner claims priority in employment as a Project Affected Person. We find that in communication dated 23.01.2005, sent by his father to the Collector, it has been mentioned that the petitioner worked for a period of 15 years and 5 months in Artilary Corps and retired on 28.02.2003. In this situation, it is apparent that he had employment for more than 15 years.

He is claiming priority for the first time after said retirement and this petition is filed in February, 2005. The acquisition on the strength of

Order 0405wp1468.05 which priority is being claimed, was in the year 1949. 3.

Shri A.V. Palshikar, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Ms. M. Chandurkar, learned Counsel for respondent no.3.

In this situation, we find the grievance misconceived. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Rule discharged. No costs.
