The present applicatison is filed by legal heirs of respondent No.1 seeking permission for withdrawal of amount through their Power of Attorney Holder respondent No.1-a Dadarao s/o Mahadeorao Sawarkar.

The application is supported by Power of Attorney wherein specific powers are given to respondent No.1-a for withdrawal of amount.

Permission for withdrawal of amount has already been granted by this court on 28.11.2022.

In view of the above, legal heirs of respondent No.1 are permitted to withdraw amount through their Power of Attorney Holder respondent No.1-a Dadarao s/o Mahadeorao Sawarkar. 5.

Respondent No.1-a Dadarao s/o Mahadeorao Sawarkar shall file an affidavit after withdrawal of amount that shares of others are distributed.

The amount be disbursed on due identification and verification.

7.

Office objections be removed within two weeks and after .....2/-
