On perusal of the material placed on record, it does not appear that there are sufficient documents to show that the petitioner's presence would be required for the treatment of his mother.

Hence, we dispose of the present Criminal Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply again to the Competent Authority by placing on record the documentary evidence in support of the petitioner's claim that his presence is required for his mother's treatment.
