By this application, the respondent No.1 is seeking direction to the Reference Court to grant permission to the present respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount of compensation in the name of Nishatai Rajusing Naik.

As per the contention of the respondent No.1 in reference petition her name was mentioned as Nishatai Rajusing Chavan. But, her Aadhar Card and all other documents are showing her name as Nishatai Rajusing Naik, therefore Registry has refused to allow the respondent No.1 to withdraw the enhanced compensation amount. Now, respondent No.1 has filed an affidavit to the extent that Nishatai Rajusing Chavan and Nishatai Rajusing Naik is one and the same person.

In view of the affidavit filed by the respondent No.1, the Reference Court shall disbursed the amount of compensation to the respondent No.1 on due identification and verification.
