Respondent No.1 is already permitted to withdraw more than 75% of the amount. The appellant has preferred this appeal against the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Mangrulpir as the award passed is excessive and exorbitant one. Sufficient amount is already permitted to be withdrawn. Considering the reason mentioned in the application and objection raised, the application deserves to be rejected and the same is accordingly rejected.
