Even though the appeal was admitted on 07-03-2017, the stay application was not pressed earlier. Now the appellant had shown readiness to deposit the decretal amount within the period of 3 months. Learned Advocate for respondent no. 1 submitted that the award is dated 05-11-2012 and 3 months period is too long period. It is also true that the execution has not been filed.

Stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment, subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount alongwith accrued interest and statutory benefits in this Court within the period of 2 months.

The respondent no. 1 is at liberty to pray for its withdrawal.

Application is disposed of.
